Eastside Crane Hire is Geelong's leading supplier of modern hydraulic mobile cranes. The company was formed in the mid 1980's by then owner Don Hemsworth and has since been acquired in 2007 by Gibb McKay, owner and Director of Williamstown Crane Hire.

Since the acquisition, Eastside Crane Hire has modernised its fleet with the addition of 7 cranes under 5 years old, reducing the average fleet age to 8 years as opposed to 13 years at the date of acquisition.
